At Berry & Dots, we take great care in packing and delivering every order with love. If you’re not fully satisfied due to a valid reason, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You notify us within 3 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Proof of issue (photo/video) is shared via email or WhatsApp.
❌ Returns are not accepted for:
Personalized or customized products
Size or color preference changes
Regular wear & tear or mishandling
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Share your order number, product photo/video, and issue description
Wait for our approval and return instructions
Once approved, you’ll be guided on how to return the item.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or UPI within 5–7 business days
We’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp once the refund is initiated
🛑 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
