Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Personalized items may take additional time (up to 4–5 days).
• You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is shipped.

2. Delivery Timeline:

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)
• Remote or rural areas may take a bit longer.
• We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

3. Shipping Charges:

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only)

4. Order Tracking:

• A tracking link will be sent via email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Cancellation Policy

1. Before Shipping:

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at berryanddots@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8438381610
• Full refund will be issued for canceled orders before dispatch.

2. After Shipping:

• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
• You may request a return if the item received is damaged or incorrect (see Return Policy).
